Join our team and help create a cleaner, safer future for all.\nReporting to the Engineering Leader, as our Project Engineer, you will work in an international team, and manage the execution of projects within Electrical Distribution segment to ensure that they are delivered on time, and with the best quality and experience for our clients!\n Manages certification projects for devices in Electrical Distribution segment (Circuit Breakers, Power Distribution Panels, Surge Protective Devices, Transfer Switches, Switchgear, Control gear, Disconnectors, etc.).\nDetermines project specifications such as: scope, cost, time, sample requirements, technical documentation etc., by analyzing client input, available data and product construction.\nPreparing datasheets and instructions, scheduling and reviewing work of Laboratory Technicians and establishing completion dates.\nCommunicates with clients to discuss technical issues, completion date etc., and explains UL procedures and requirements. Projects may include travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites.\nProvides technical assistance to clients in reference to product evaluations, inspection, plans review and follow-up services\nEstablishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying UL requirements. \nDevelops test requirements for products beyond the scope of existing standards, or those involving unique features requiring frequent use of independent judgment.\nDetermines areas in which the product may not be in compliance with the applicable Standard based requirements.\nPlans, conducts and supervises code and regulatory related projects of major magnitude and scope.#LI-ZK1\n\n Engineering degree *Electrical Engineering or related would be preferred).\n3+ years of related work experience, preferably as an Electrical Engineer with knowledge about Industrial products segments (ideally: Circuit Breakers, Power Distribution Panels, Surge Protective Devices, Transfer Switches, Switchgear, Control gear, Disconnectors).\nPassionate about energy distribution, testing of power products and seeing new technologies as a motivating challenge.\nDetailed knowledge of the technical vocabulary common to the field evaluation business.\nStrong written and verbal English language skills.\nExcellent communication skills and strong client focus.\nDemonstrated ability to apply project-handling concepts in use in areas of expertise.\nTotal Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. In Poland the salary range for this position is 145.900 - 194.500 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of base salary.
