These projects will be alongside the Senior Leadership Team of CE, creating a new center of expertise within the business, and impacting CE, as well as external teams within UL Solutions. You will lead efforts of the project to deliver these high impact projects, including process transformation and large-scale IT deliveries. Successful candidates will be ready for a fast-paced environment leading teams through project design, planning, change management, execution and more.\n Managing the implementation of small to medium projects.\nProvides overall leadership and support to project team members.\nActs as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.\nManages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.\nInterfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures.\nManages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.\nAdheres to program and project governance (controls).\nPlans the overall project and monitors the progress and performs Daily project management throughout the project's life cycle.\nManages the projects budget and financial performance.\nCoordinates the projects and their interdependencies.\nManages and utilizes resources.\nAligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager.\nRead and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.\nPerforms other duties as directed.\n Bachelor's degree in business or related field PMP, Prince 2 and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required).\n4+ years of project management experience.\nExperience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.\nStrong project management and team leadership skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation experience.\nAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.\nFocused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.\nUnderstand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success\nWhat we offer:\nTotal Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
