engineering and advisory projects, from scope and timelines to costs and deliverables.\nAssess documentation, manufacturer data, inspections, and test results to identify risks and improvements.\nAct as a trusted advisor, leading technical discussions and turning findings into clear recommendations.\nCoordinate internal and external teams, and travel to client and wind sites for inspections and testing when required.\nPrepare and review high-quality technical reports that meet industry standards and client needs.\nApply independent engineering judgment to unusual challenges and help develop suitable solutions.\nMentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.\nBuild client relationships, grow Asset Advisory services, and represent the organization at industry events.\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.\n5-8 years of experience in wind energy, renewables, consultancy, or project engineering.\nStrong knowledge of wind projects, turbines, and/or wind farm assets, with sound technical judgment.\nProven experience independently managing complex engineering projects.\nGood knowledge of industry standards and conformity requirements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and client-facing skills.\nExperience mentoring or reviewing other engineers (highly valued).\nAbility to work in international, multidisciplinary teams and willingness to
