Lead complex wind engineering and advisory projects, from scope and timelines to costs and deliverables. Assess documentation, manufacturer data, inspections, and test results to identify risks and improvements. Act as a trusted advisor, leading technical discussions and turning findings into clear recommendations. Coordinate internal and external teams, and travel to client and wind sites for inspections and testing when required. Prepare and review high-quality technical reports that meet industry standards and client needs. Apply independent engineering judgment to unusual challenges and help develop suitable solutions. Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement. Build client relationships, grow Asset Advisory services, and represent the organization at industry events.
