This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Laboratory Team in Warsaw, and play a key role in delivering high-quality testing services that support our customers’ products and innovation.\nAs part of our laboratory team, you will support the development, calibration, maintenance and continuous improvement of laboratory instrumentation, automated test systems and test fixtures. You’ll combine hands-on technical work with problem-solving and collaboration across local and global teams.\n Develop, design, document and implement laboratory instrumentation, automated test systems and test fixtures.\nSupport the installation, testing and validation of new or modified laboratory equipment and systems, ensuring they meet quality, safety and user requirements.\nCalibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair laboratory instrumentation and equipment.\nEvaluate instrument accuracy and measurement uncertainty and issue calibration certificates in accordance with internal procedures.\nReview and verify calibration certificates provided by external calibration service providers.\nDevelop and maintain procedures for equipment calibration, maintenance, test method validation and the use of laboratory hardware and software.\nIdentify opportunities to automate laboratory activities and improve testing processes, efficiency and reliability.\nMaintain and update automation hardware and software as required.\nSupport Engineering teams with the development and validation of new or modified test methods.\nPrepare clear technical documentation, including equipment instructions, calibration procedures and test method validation documentation.\nTrain and advise colleagues on the proper use of laboratory instrumentation, automated systems and test fixtures.\nSupport planning for laboratory equipment needs and capital expenditure.\nCollaborate with colleagues globally to promote technical consistency, efficiency and scalable laboratory solutions.\nApply continuous improvement principles to laboratory processes and activities.\nEnsure laboratory equipment and test systems comply with applicable safety requirements, standards and local regulations.\n#LI-Onsite #LI-ZK1\n Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or another relevant technical discipline.\nApproximately 4 years of relevant experience in calibration and/or the development and support of laboratory instrumentation, automation systems or related processes.\nGood knowledge of common laboratory test and measurement equipment.\nGood command of English language is a must.\nUnderstanding of equipment calibration and measurement uncertainty principles.\nExperience reading and interpreting technical documentation, operating instructions, maintenance manuals and procedures.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a laboratory environment.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage technical activities effectively.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly to different stakeholders.\nCollaborative approach and ability to work effectively with local and global colleagues.\nTotal Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. The annual salary range for this position in Poland is 79,900 - 106,500 PLN, and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of base salary.
