Our team is excited to meet you!\nJob Overview & Responsibilities\nAs a Facilities Operations Specialist 2, this individual supports a corporate campus consisting of multiple leased office buildings, engineering labs, and warehouse spaces. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nExecution of space management strategy, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation system\nCoordination for tenant building and critical systems maintenance\nAdministrative support to facility improvement or repair projects\nCoordination with maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services\nEngages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events\nCoordinates internal facility communications and serves as liaison to landlord\nCollaborates with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with standards and support audits\nSupports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution\nProvides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance user experience or operational efficiency\nRequired Education\nBachelor\nRequired Years of Experience\nMinimum of 2 years of related work experience\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nBudgeting / Microsoft Office tools experience\nTeaming and collaboration skills\nScheduling and administration experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nSpace Management, Property Management, Building Maintenance, or Facilities Engineering Background\nFamiliarity with BAS, HVAC, or Backup Power Systems\nFamiliarity with CAD / Space Occupancy Planning Tools\nVendor management experience\nSchedule flexibility - Emergency Response Team Member\nProject management experience\n Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only): $61,629.00 - $102,715.00\nPlease note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
