The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent while building strategic candidate pipelines to support the organization's current and future workforce needs.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are not all encompassing. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned consistent with business requirements.)\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.\nSource, identify, and engage active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and community organizations to create a pipeline of emerging talent for current and future hiring needs.\nRepresent the organization at career fairs, campus recruiting events, networking events, and other recruiting functions.\nScreen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements.\nConduct candidate outreach, phone screenings, and initial interviews.\nCoordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\nExtend employment offers and support compensation discussions in collaboration with management and Human Resources.\nMaintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system data.\nMonitor labor market trends and recruitment best practices to support effective hiring strategies.\nBuild and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, professional associations, and industry networks.\nSupport employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and attractiveness to prospective candidates.\nEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.\nOvernight travel is required to support relationship-building efforts, maintain a strong organizational presence, and engage with external partners, prospective candidates, and key stakeholders.\nResponsibilities may evolve over time based on organizational priorities, departmental needs, and business objectives, with additional duties assigned as appropriate.\n Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related field.\nExperience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple positions and departments preferred.\nStrong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.\nAbility to travel regularly to support organizational and recruitment objectives.\n This position which
