Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.\nPosition Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees, ensuring teams are staffed to meet customer demand.\n\nAnalyze customer demand, order volume and sales trends using weighted averages, indexing, seasonality and trend analysis to guide staffing plans.\n\nMonitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.\n\nConduct root cause analyses to identify workforce management forecasting and scheduling process improvements.\n\nEffectively communicate data trends and expected outcomes to leadership, including senior management.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n\n2+ years of forecasting experience.
