This is not a core engineering role, and design decisions stay with engineering. You need enough technical depth to track progress accurately, ask the right questions and unblock teams, and the ownership to make sure programs hit their dates. Strategy is set with the Founder's Office. Your job is to drive it to execution and take day-to-day program management off the founders.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn program schedules, milestones and the critical path across satellite builds and launches.\nOwn program budgets, procurement and vendor delivery.\nRun risk management and program reviews through to launch readiness.\nCoordinate launch campaigns, regulatory milestones and the handover to operations.\nKeep commercial commitments aligned with technical delivery, working with Business Development.\nAct as the single point of contact for program status, priorities and decisions, internally and with external stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 7 years in program or project management, including at least one hardware system taken from build through delivery or launch.\nHands-on experience with schedules, budgets, vendor management and risk on complex hardware programs.\nStrong technical fluency, enough to engage engineers credibly without being a design engineer.\nProven ownership as the single point of accountability for a program's execution.\nExcellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nSatellite, launch vehicle or aerospace program experience.\nFamiliarity with the Indian space ecosystem.\nExposure to defense or government stakeholder environments.\nExperience mentoring a team.\nWillingness to travel as programs require.
