We identify critical safety and sustainability issues, asking the tough questions because we believe a safer world begins with knowledge.\nWhat you’ll learn and achieve:\nAs the Senior Accounting Coordinator, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you:\nSupport day-to-day accounting operations by accurately processing invoices, payments, journal entries, and other transactions.\n\nSupport month-end and year-end close activities, including account analysis, documentation, and follow-up on open items.\n\nReconcile general ledger accounts, investigate reconciling items, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.\n\nSupport internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules, gathering supporting documentation, and responding to auditor requests.\n\nCollaborate with departments across the organization to resolve accounting questions, support financial compliance, and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you’ll experience working at UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement:\nFor the organizations across the UL enterprise, corporate and social responsibility isn’t new.
