server performance, and delivering smooth multiplayer experiences, this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall, configure, and manage game server panels such as WISP and TCAdmin\nDeploy and maintain dedicated and VPS-based game servers for various titles\nMonitor game server health, uptime, and performance\nTroubleshoot server and network issues related to multiplayer hosting\nHandle game-specific configurations, mods, and plugin support\nCollaborate with support teams to resolve player and customer issues\nOptimize resource usage and ensure high-performance hosting environments\nContribute to automation of game server provisioning and updates\nSet up, configure, and maintain game servers to support multiplayer gameplay.\nMonitor server performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.\nConfigure network settings to ensure low-latency and stable connections for players.\nImplement load-balancing strategies to distribute traffic effectively.\nProtect servers from cyber threats such as DDoS attacks.\nEnsure compliance with data protection and privacy standards.\nManage anti-cheat systems to maintain a fair gaming environment.\nPerform load testing to identify bottlenecks in server performance.\nOptimize server configurations to handle high player counts efficiently.\nDebug and resolve server crashes or connectivity issues in real-time.\nDesign and manage player data storage systems with high efficiency and security.\nMaintain regular database backups and recovery plans.\nCoordinate with customer support teams to address server-related player issues.\nProvide technical documentation and training to internal teams as needed.\nLeverage content delivery networks (CDNs) for optimized game asset distribution.\nSet up monitoring tools to scalability.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline server operations and reduce costs.\nRequirements:\n2+ years experience managing game servers and control panels (WISP, TCAdmin, etc.)\nStrong understanding of Linux and Windows server environments\nFamiliarity with popular multiplayer games (e.g. Minecraft, Rust, CS:GO, FiveM, etc.)\nKnowledge of containerization, firewalls, port forwarding, and DDoS protection\nScripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus\nSelf-motivated, problem-solver, and passionate about online gaming\nAdvanced knowledge of Linux (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server.\nExperience in game server panels such as TCAdmin, WISP, vCenter, etc.\nServer setup and management for popular games such as Minecraft, CS:GO, Rust, ARK.\nServer Configuration: Optimizing configurations to meet game engine requirements.\nContainerization: Using tools like Docker and Kubernetes to containerize game servers.\nExperience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other relational or NoSQL databases.\nData Storage and Optimization: Ensuring secure and efficient storage of player data.\nBackup and Recovery: Implementing effective database backup strategies.\nLatency and Ping Management: Minimizing delay for smooth gameplay.\nLoad Testing: Testing server performance under heavy traffic conditions.\nOptimized Coding: Creating configurations to
