This is not a coordination-only role: you will build, write code, and actively take part in development alongside the engineering team, in addition to owning the product backlog and delivery end to end.\nYou will work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, and you will use AI-assisted development as a core part of how you build. You will move from idea to working software quickly while keeping quality, security, and maintainability high.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Ownership\nOwn and maintain the product backlog, keeping it prioritized, refined, and aligned with business goals.\nTranslate business needs and stakeholder requests into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nDefine product requirements, specifications, and scope for new features and improvements.\nLead backlog refinement and sprint planning, and take part in reviews and retrospectives.\nAct as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams.\nMake trade-off decisions on scope, priority, and timelines, and communicate them clearly.\nDefine success metrics for features and track product performance after release.\nGather feedback from users, internal teams, and data, and turn it into product improvements.\nMaintain product documentation, release notes, and roadmap visibility.\nAccept or reject completed work against the defined acceptance criteria.\nTechnical & Engineering\nActively participate in development as a hands-on contributor, building features across frontend and backend.\nTake ownership of development tasks within sprints, not only defining them.\nBuild prototypes, proofs of concept, MVPs, and internal tools yourself to validate ideas before and during full development.\nWrite production-quality code that follows the team's standards, reviews, and testing practices.\nReview pull requests and technical designs from both a product and an engineering perspective.\nHandle DevOps work directly: deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environments, and monitoring.\nInvestigate production issues, reproduce bugs, and help fix them.\nUnderstand system architecture well enough to make informed product and technical decisions.\nAssess technical feasibility, effort, and risk for proposed features.\nAI-Assisted Development\nUse AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as a core part of daily work.\nUse AI to speed up prototyping, code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.\nCritically review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.\nHelp define team practices and guidelines for effective, safe use of AI in the development workflow.\nExplore opportunities to add AI-powered features to the product.\nRequirements\nExperience\n3+ years in a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Product Engineer role, or 3+ years as a software engineer with strong exposure to product ownership.\nProven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and owning a backlog.\nProven hands-on experience building and shipping software yourself. You should expect to spend a significant part of your time coding and building.\nTechnical Skills\nFrontend: Solid understanding of modern frontend development (e.g., React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS).\nBackend: Experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, Go).\nAPIs & Data: REST APIs, API design, and relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).\nDevOps: Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Linux servers, and cloud or self-hosted infrastructure.
