mindset.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and high-impact technical roles, including Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, and DevOps positions.\nPartner closely with CTO, engineering managers, and team leads to define hiring strategies, role scope, and long-term workforce planning.\nSource, assess, and engage candidates with strong experience in:Programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go\nFront-end frameworks: Next.js, React.js, Angular\nBack-end frameworks: Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, Golang\nHosting & infrastructure: OpenLiteSpeed, NGINX, Apache, Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nLead structured technical interviews and guide hiring managers on best practices for technical assessments.\nBuild and maintain a high-quality senior talent pipeline through LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals, and professional networks.\nAnalyze recruitment data and market trends to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.\nEnsure a premium candidate experience aligned with Ultahost’s global employer brand.\nMentor junior recruiters (if applicable) and contribute to the improvement of internal recruitment processes and standards.\nStay ahead of emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and technical hiring trends.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on senior technical roles.\nProven ability to recruit for complex technical positions in software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure.\nSolid understanding of modern software architectures, development frameworks, and hosting technologies.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior engineering leaders.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nAdvanced experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.\nStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong attention to
