This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of our renewable energy solutions.\nWhat You'll Do\nConduct high-level system studies to support renewable energy projects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and recommend solutions.\nEnsure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nServe as technical lead on projects, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients.\nConduct technical reviews and enforce quality control standards. \nResearch new technologies and contribute to process improvements.\nParticipate in client meetings, present technical information, and support proposal development.\nWhat We Expect From you\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited or equivalent)\nMaster’s in Power Systems Engineering preferred.\nP.Eng License in Quebec REQUIRED\nU.S P.E preferred\n7+ years of experience in renewable energy, power systems, or related industry.\nStrong analytical skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment\nUp to 15% travel required\nDemonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement\nMust be legally entitled to work in Canada\nMust have the ability to travel across the United States and Canada\nAs you Consider applying for a role at Ulteig We encourage you to think outside the box- because we do.
