This position is located in Amarillo, TX and is not open to remote locations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject Coordination & Administration\nComplete project setup, maintenance, and closeout within the system of record \nProvide administrative support for contract management, including reviewing and tracking contract deliverables\nFacilitate communication within project teams to ensure smooth project operations\nAssist Project Managers and other stakeholders with general responsibilities and tasks as delegated\nCollaboration & Support\nSupport the project team by coordinating meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities\nIdentify and track potential project risks to support the Project Manager in Risk Management\nProcess & Documentation Management\nPrepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations\nMaintain organized records of project documents, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information\nEffectively initiate and implement process changes as necessary\nSupport administration of project contracts (including subcontracts) and change orders\nScheduling & Cost Planning\nSupport the project manager in preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and financial reports\nProactively identify trends and potential project issues regarding resource planning, schedule, scope, and budget and work with the Project Team to support a risk management strategy\nMaintain project schedule and budget updates throughout the lifecycle of the project\nTeam Effectiveness\nProactively identify work assignments that need to be completed \nBuild relationships with the Project Team to foster coordination and communication\nAdhere to Ulteig governance policies and procedures for project success\nWhat We Expect from You\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience\n2+ years of experience in project administration or a related role, preferably working on engineering projects, power industry experience preferred\nIntermediate understanding of project management and project controls\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planview Adaptive Work). \nMicrosoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred\nDemonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement\nAbility to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)\nMust have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.\nAs you consider applying for a position at Ulteig, we encourage you to think outside the box - because we do!
