will:\nConduct professional in-home comfort consultations\nEvaluate customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions\nBuild trust through education, honesty, and professionalism\nDeliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation\nKey Responsibilities\nSales & Customer Experience:\nConduct in-home consultations to evaluate homeowners' comfort needs\nRecommend HVAC systems, indoor air quality products, and comfort solutions\nPresent financing options and explain available programs\nBuild trust through honest recommendations and exceptional communication\nDeliver a five-star customer experience throughout the sales process\nFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions\nPerformance & Accountability:\nAchieve individual sales goals while maintaining company standards\nAccurately prepare proposals, estimates, and sales documentation\nMaintain organized customer records using ServiceTitan\nManage time effectively and maximize appointment opportunities\nContinuously improve through coaching, training, and performance feedback\nStandards & Consistency:\nRepresent Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing professionally at all times\nMaintain product knowledge on HVAC systems, accessories, and financing options\nFollow all company sales processes and procedures\nMaintain accurate documentation and effectively with leadership and support teams\nAssist in achieving department and company goals\nContribute to a positive, high-performing team culture\nWhat We're Looking For\n24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record\nAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)\nPrevious sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services\nStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills\nCustomer-focused with a consultative sales approach\nAbility to manage multiple appointments and prioritize effectively\nSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills\nComfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM software\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of Comfort Advisor experience\n3+ years of HVAC industry experience\nExperience using ServiceTitan\nKnowledge of residential HVAC systems and indoor air quality products\nExperience presenting financing options\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals\nImportant:\nThis is a customer-facing sales position-professionalism, communication, and relationship-building are essential.\nYou will be expected to provide homeowners with honest recommendations, educate them on available options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving performance goals.\nSuccess in this role comes from
