successful residential HVAC Service Technician.\nYou will:\nPerform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups\n\nAssist with HVAC diagnostics and repairs\n\nLearn how to properly troubleshoot heating findings and recommendations professionally\n\nMaintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation\n\nDeliver a professional customer experience\n\nKey Responsibilities\nHVAC Maintenance & Technical Development:\nPerform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment\n\nInspect HVAC systems and components for proper operation\n\nClean and maintain equipment according to company procedures\n\nCheck filters, electrical connections, capacitors, motors, thermostats, drains, and other system components\n\nAssist with diagnosing heating and cooling system issues\n\nLearn proper HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures\n\nUse meters, gauges, hand tools, and testing equipment appropriately\n\nDevelop the ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment specifications\n\nIdentify potential system concerns and communicate findings to experienced technicians or leadership\n\nFollow manufacturer specifications and company service standards\n\nCustomer Experience:\nCommunicate professionally with homeowners\n\nExplain maintenance performed and basic system findings within your level of training\n\nTreat customers' homes and a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)\n\nHVAC trade school or technical training: Preferred\n\nPrevious HVAC, mechanical, construction, maintenance, or skilled-trades experience: Preferred, not required\n\nBasic understanding of residential HVAC systems\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn\n\nBasic understanding of electrical concepts:
