experience (typically 10+ years) in software engineering with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.\nStrong expertise in modern software development technologies, programming languages, and frameworks.\nExperience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile/Scrum processes.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nRequirements\n Saudi national only as per client request.\n10+ years of professional software development experience.\n3-5 years in software engineering leadership roles such as Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Head of Engineering.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.\nStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management
