Collections and Dispute Management\nRun a structured collections process in compliance with the company's Credit and Collection Policy.\nFollow up on collections through official emails, phone calls, and virtual customer meetings.\nTrack customer payments against due dates and follow up on overdue accounts.\nEnsure accurate payment application, account reconciliation, and periodic balance confirmations.\nIdentify potential cash flow risks and implement mitigation plans.\nCoordinate with Sales, Billing, and customers to accelerate collections.\nNegotiate payment plans with customers in default.\nResolve and escalate billing disputes and address root causes in coordination with Sales, Operations, Billing, and customers.\n3. Credit and Risk Management\nAssess the creditworthiness of new and existing global customers using financial information, trade references, and credit reports.\nEstablish and maintain credit limits and payment terms in line with company policy and regional risk assessments.\nMonitor credit risk and flag high-risk accounts to Finance and Sales leadership.\n4. Process, Systems, and Compliance\nDefine standard operating procedures (SOPs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and internal controls for AR processes and ensure compliance.\nMaintain audit readiness through proper documentation, support internal and external audits, and implement corrective actions.\n5.
