in a timely and controlled manner while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and operational integrity.\n\nTECHNOLOGY STACK\nMicrosoft SQL Server.\nSQL Server Reporting Services SSRS.\nJAMS Enterprise Scheduler by Fortra.\nEnvision Power Agent.\n.NET and C#.\nPowerShell.\nAzure DevOps.\nWindows Server and Microsoft Azure.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDesigns, develops, assesses, and deploys SSRS reports to support the Transfer Agency department and operational reporting requirements.\nDevelops, configures, and maintains JAMS jobs, dependencies, triggers, and schedules to automate business processes and system workflows.\nWrites and optimizes SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets used within Power Agent, reporting, and automation processes.\nMonitors, triages, and resolves Application Development tickets related to Envision Power Agent, SSRS reports, and JAMS jobs.\nSupports application releases, upgrades, and operational improvements within the Power Agent environment.\nWORKING RELATIONSHIPS\nCollaborates with business analysts and Transfer Agency stakeholders to gather requirements and translates them into technical solutions.\nContact as needed with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.\nContact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.\nMay perform other duties as required and assigned.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n2+ years of experience developing and supporting applications in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.\nFirsthand experience developing SSRS reports.\nExperience scripting in PowerShell or C# for automation and job orchestration.\nDirect experience supporting or developing within Envision Power Agent.\nEquivalent education and experience will be considered.\nKNOWLEDGE\nAzure DevOps or similar CI CD platforms.\nSQL queries and stored procedures.\nTransfer Agency operations or financial services environments.\nMicrosoft Office Suite.\nAdobe Acrobat.\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nTroubleshoots issues utilizing creative and critical thinking skills.\nMultitasking, analytical, and organizational
