requirements in the financial services industry.\n\nTECHNOLOGY STACK\nSnowflake Data Cloud.\nMicrosoft SQL Server and advanced SQL.\nPower BI (report development, data modeling, and deployment).\nETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines.\nMicrosoft Azure.\nData governance, security, and access control tooling.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDesigns, develops, and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic data models that support operational and executive decision-making.\nBuilds and maintains statistical models, trend analyses, and forecasting tools to support fund administration workflows and client reporting.\nEnsures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs by partnering with governance and quality initiatives.\nDocuments analytical methodologies, data definitions, report logic, and model assumptions to support transparency and auditability.\nMonitors and optimizes Power BI and Snowflake query performance to ensure efficient, reliable report delivery.\nStays current with emerging trends and capabilities in data science, analytics engineering, and business intelligence tooling.\nWORKING RELATIONSHIPS\nProvides analytical guidance and mentorship to internal teams consuming data products.\nPartners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, defines KPIs, and translates analytical needs into scalable data products.\nCollaborates with technology team members to influence the design of data pipelines and structures that support analytics and reporting use cases.\nMentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.\nMay perform other duties as required and assigned.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n3+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or business intelligence, with strong hands-on development and deployment of Power BI reports and data models in production environments.\nExperience querying and working with data in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, along with Power BI Service administration, low-level security, and enterprise-scale deployment.\nFinancial services experience, ideally supporting fund administration or asset management platforms.\nKNOWLEDGE\nETL/ELT tools and modern data engineering frameworks.\nRegulatory and compliance considerations related to financial data.\nStatistical analysis, data wrangling, and exploratory data analysis techniques.\nMachine learning or predictive modeling techniques applied to business use cases.\nMicrosoft Office Suite.\nAdobe Acrobat.\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong attention to data accuracy, with experience implementing data validation and quality checks.\ncontributing to or defining enterprise analytics
