and long term maintainability as Ultimus continues to expand its application suite.\n\nTECHNOLOGY STACK\nThe core environment is built on Microsoft technologies with modern web frameworks:\n.NET Framework / .NET Core.\nMicrosoft SQL Server.\nAngular for front-end development.\nLegacy internal web applications built in MVC, Blazor, and others.\nAzure DevOps for source control, pipelines, and collaboration.\nJAMS Enterprise Scheduler.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nPartners with business and technical stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.\nLeads the design and development of scalable applications, services, and integrations.\nBuilds responsive and intuitive front end applications in Angular.\nDrives estimation, technical planning, and delivery of assigned projects.\nSupports production systems through advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.\nReviews code and provides guidance to junior developers to promote quality and consistency.\nCreates and maintains technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and user materials.\nContributes to architectural discussions, coding standards, and continuous improvement efforts.\nWORKING RELATIONSHIPS\nMentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.\nContact with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.\nContact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.\nMay perform other duties as required and assigned.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.\n7+ years of professional experience developing and supporting web applications.\nEnterprise web application development with C#, Angular, jQuery, and related technologies.\nExperience with Agile development processes and team based delivery practices, Angular, or similar front-end framework, Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.\nEquivalent education and experience will be considered.\nKNOWLEDGE\nSQL Server, relational database design, query tuning, and stored procedures.\nApplication architecture, API design, and integration patterns.\nCommon design patterns such as dependency injection, repository, factory, and others.\nMicrosoft Office Suite.\nAdobe Acrobat.\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nDebugging and performance optimization skills.\nWorks independently with minimal direction.\nTakes ownership of complex initiatives and influencing architectural direction while helping shape technical standards from design through deployment.\nC# and .NET development skills with hands on experience in .NET Core.\nTroubleshoots issues utilizing creative and critical thinking skills.\nMultitasking, analytical, and organizational skills.\nInitiative-taking, strategic, and meticulous approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency,
