Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer\nIn this role you will lead the design and development of innovative electronic systems for automotive\napplications and smart electronic devices. You will play a key role in the complete product development\nlifecyclefrom concept and design through prototyping testing validation and production.\nThis position is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in electronics hardware design PCB\ndevelopment embedded systems and automotive electronics who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced\nenvironment.\nKey Responsibilities\n Lead the end-to-end design and development of electronic hardware for automotive products and smart\ndevices.\n Design and optimize electronic schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer Eagle\nor KiCad.\nSelect and integrate microcontrollers sensors power management circuits and wireless\ncommunication modules including Bluetooth RF and Wi-Fi.\n Collaborate with embedded software engineers to develop firmware architecture and ensure seamless\nhardware-software integration.\n Perform circuit simulation prototyping testing debugging and validation to achieve optimal product\nperformance and reliability.\n Work closely with mechanical industrial design manufacturing and quality teams throughout the\nproduct development lifecycle.\n Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) reviews to improve\nmanufacturability and production efficiency.\n Ensure compliance with automotive and international standards including EMI/EMC CE FCC and\nISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.\n Support component selection BOM optimization cost reduction initiatives and product lifecycle\nimprovements.\n Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across engineering projects.\n Identify opportunities for continuous improvement innovation and process enhancement.\nQualifications & Experience\n Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or Electronics &\nCommunication Engineering.\n Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics hardware design preferably within automotive OEM\nelectronics or automotive accessory product development.\n Proven experience delivering products from concept through production.\nTechnical Skills\n Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design power electronics and embedded hardware.\n Hands-on experience in PCB schematic capture multilayer PCB layout and high-speed signal integrity.\n Proficiency with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer Eagle or KiCad.\n Familiarity with embedded firmware development using C/C for ARM AVR PIC or similar\nmicrocontrollers.\n Experience with wireless communication technologies including Bluetooth Wi-Fi RF and IR.\n Knowledge of manufacturing processes BOM management and cost optimization.\n Understanding of automotive testing debugging validation and regulatory compliance.\n Experience using electronic simulation and modeling tools.\n Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n Excellent communication leadership and project management abilities.\n Knowledge of market research and product feasibility studies is an advantage.\nB.
