Your hands-on expertise helps ensure that every component and assembly is built accurately, tested properly, and meets the rigorous quality and performance standards required for products trusted in the field.This role is ideal for an experienced assembly professional who takes pride in precision workmanship, enjoys solving technical problems, and understands that quality at the manufacturing level directly impacts mission readiness and reliability. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver products that perform when they matter most.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities\nAssemble parts, components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies using a variety of hand tools and productionized semi-automatic assembly equipment.\n\nPerform basic soldering and use go/no-go gauges to verify assembly requirements.\n\nPerform operator verification (OV) and accurately document and report results.\n\nFollow detailed work instructions and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and other technical documentation as required.\n\nWork independently within established procedures and exercise sound judgment to identify and address assembly issues.\n\nPartner with engineering and manufacturing teams to provide technical feedback, troubleshoot issues, and support successful production of mission-critical products.\n\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures.\n\nMaintain a strong focus on workmanship, quality, and repeatability to ensure products meet customer and mission requirements.\n\nFollow all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards and procedures.\n\nPerform light lifting of assemblies weighing up to 30 lbs.\n\nRequired Skills\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent years of work experience.\n\n2+ years of related experience in electromechanical assembly.\n\nSoldering experience with J-STD endorsement.\n\nExperience working from engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and written or verbal technical guidance.\n\nAbility to distinguish component colors and wiring (color vision required).\n\nDesired Skills\nBasic computer skills.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of productivity without compromising quality or workmanship.\n\nPositive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.\n\nAbility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (clearances are granted to U.S. citizens).\n\nExpected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is\n$44,616.00 - $55,744.00.\n\nPlease note this represents the expected range.
