You will work with a team that supports the design, production, and testing of advanced ASW receiver systems, including sonobuoy receivers, RF front-end modules, and digital signal processing electronics. This includes requirements analysis, design and implementation, development testing, and support of final customer verification and validation. You will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager.\nResponsibilities:\nOversight of design deliverables such as design documentation and reviews.\nCreation and support for project documentation such as DFMEAs and reliability estimation.\nCollaborate with Systems Engineering and Project Engineering to ensure electronics requirements are defined and partitioned per Company standards.\nCreate project estimates and other documentation to support proposal efforts.\nDevelopment, review and approval of technical documentation such as requirements specifications and procedures.\nHands on laboratory work may be required at times to support projects.\nProvide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their professional growth and development.\nHands on design and development of digital and analog circuits may be required at times.\nSome travel may be required, less than 10%.\nRequirements:\nBS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.\nMinimum 10 years of industry experience designing complex digital and analog circuitry.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.\nExtensive knowledge of electronic circuit design, including high speed / controlled impedance and large scale FPGA designs.\nExperience with electrical CAD software such as Altium, OrCAD, or Pads, and circuit analysis tools such as Spice.\nExperience analyzing and debugging hardware using test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers or spectrum analyzers.\nAbility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.\nDesired Skills:\nMS Electrical Engineering in signal processing, communications or related field.\nExperience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) development.\nHands on RF experience.\nHyperlinx or other Signal Integrity / Power Integrity analysis software.\n\nExpected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is\n$162,656.00 - $203,216.00.\n\nPlease note this represents the expected range.
