Join us as we continue to grow in making the world a safer place.\nProduction hours are Monday to Thursday 5pm to 3:30am\nJob Description\nDuties Responsible:\nProvide leadership and direction to a team of individuals within the value stream.\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.\nImplement Lean or Agile principles to optimize processes within the value stream.\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.\nEncourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.\nWork closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that products or services meet defined quality standards.\nImplement corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations within the value stream.\nFoster effective communication and teamwork.
