With operations throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia, we are strategically positioned to support customers around the world.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute new product development programs while serving as the primary point of coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead the planning and execution of new product development projects from concept through production launch.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, quality plans, and phase-gate milestones.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Test Engineering.\nManage design reviews, risk assessments, validation plans, DFMEA/PFMEA activities, and project documentation.\nTrack project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.\nProvide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.\nWork closely with customers throughout the product development process to ensure expectations are met.\nSupport prototype builds, product testing, supplier development, and manufacturing readiness activities.\nDrive the successful transition of new products into full-scale manufacturing.\nTravel domestically and internationally as required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.\nMinimum of five (5) years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading cross-functional technical teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.\nStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical components.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while meeting aggressive schedule, technical, and cost objectives.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing new product development projects.\nExperience within battery, electronics, aerospace, defense, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.\nFamiliarity with Stage-Gate product development processes, DFMEA/PFMEA, validation planning, and product qualification activities.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nWe're looking for someone who:\nExcels at leading cross-functional teams.\nCommunicates effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.\nThinks proactively and resolves challenges before they become roadblocks.\nBalances technical understanding with strong project management discipline.\nThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.\nTakes ownership and drives projects to successful completion.\nWhy Join Ultralife?\nAt Ultralife, you'll help develop innovative technologies that power mission-critical applications around the world.
