Some of it you inherit and sharpen. Either way, the standard is the same.\nPRIMARY:\nEmail flows - welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back, payment recovery, and more\nEmail campaigns - promotional sends, launches, seasonal, upsell, and re-engagement\nSMS copy\nSubject lines, preheaders, and CTAs across all of the above\nSECONDARY [Only if needed to fill workload gap]:\nLanding page and pre-lander copy \nHelp write or finetune/proofread/localize the following as needed;\nProduct page copy - descriptions, results framing, ingredient and usage education etc.,\nWebsite and brand copy - homepage, brand narrative, and supporting pages as needed\nSEO content - category pages, blog posts, and on-site copy optimised for organic traffic\nRequirements\n2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting experience - portfolio must include email flows, landing pages, and product copy\nKlaviyo experience - flows and campaigns\nStrong direct-response instincts - subject lines that get opened, CTAs that convert, copy that earns its word count\nAbility to write across multiple brands with different voices, avatars, and categories without them blending\nCategory fit - experience in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health and wellness is a strong advantage. You need to understand how to write for desire, aspiration, and results without over-claiming\nStrong copywriting skills and AI workflow - we expect AI as part of your process but the final copies must be specific, human-edited, and client-ready -not generic\nNear-native US English - our MAIN audience is American\nFast turnaround and clean output - proofread before you submit\nStrong Advantages\nProven track record and good performance of written emails for subscription DTC brand/s\nSEO copywriting -
