ingredients. \nSupport the Sushi Chef and culinary team during service while maintaining quality and consistency. \nDevelop proper knife skills, fish handling techniques, and food safety practices. \nHelp maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready sushi station. \nReceive, label, rotate, and store products according to company standards. \nComplete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities. \nFollow recipes, specifications, and plating standards with attention to detail. \nWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth guest experience. \nEmbrace
