to join their US post-sales team and work directly with enterprise customers across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology and beyond.\nThis isn’t a traditional implementation role where you’re handed a specification and told to deliver it.\nYou’ll get under the hood of how a business actually works, uncovering bottlenecks, challenging processes that have existed for years and identifying where AI agents, automation and better workflow design could completely change the way teams operate.\nYou’ll then turn those ideas into clear, build-ready solutions that AI Engineers and Architects can bring to life.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead discovery with enterprise customers to understand complex processes, systems and pain points.\nIdentify bottlenecks and opportunities to redesign or automate workflows using AI.\nChallenge existing ways of working rather than simply digitising them.\nTurn business problems into clear solution blueprints, requirements and process flows.\nMap integrations, APIs, data flows and dependencies across enterprise systems.\nWork closely with AI Engineers and Architects from initial concept through to delivery and UAT.\nDefine success metrics and demonstrate the business impact of proposed solutions.\nPresent solutions to stakeholders from operational teams through to VP and C-level leadership.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting or Technical Business Analysis.\nStrong experience leading discovery and understanding complex business processes.\nThe ability to look at an existing workflow and ask, “why are we doing it this way?”\nStrong understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise systems.\nComfortable discussing AI and automation without needing to be a Software Engineer.\nStrong process-mapping and requirements-engineering skills.\nAbility to turn ambiguity into structured, build-ready solutions.\nCommercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.\nIf this
