Backed by leading investors, they're building AI-powered applications and intelligent agents that help engineering teams solve complex challenges, analyse real-world data and accelerate development.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with engineering teams, building and deploying AI agents that solve real-world technical challenges.\nYou'll combine Python, agentic AI and data engineering to develop intelligent workflows that help engineers analyse test results, automate processes and investigate complex problems.\nThis is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you'll work closely with clients, turn their challenges into working AI solutions and help shape the company's wider AI product.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build AI agents and agentic workflows using Python.\nWork directly with engineering teams to understand challenges and develop tailored AI solutions.\nBuild AI tools that automate engineering tasks, analyse data and support technical investigations.\nDevelop and evaluate LLM-powered agents, including tool use, prompting and workflow orchestration.\nTurn successful customer solutions into reusable AI features and capabilities.\nMeasure the effectiveness of AI solutions using real-world results.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform.\nRequirements\n4+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong programming skills in Python, with experience working with data.\nHands-on experience building AI agents, LLM applications or agentic workflows.\nUnderstanding of LLM prompting, tool calling and AI evaluation.\nComfortable working directly with customers and technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex requirements into working solutions.\nWillingness to travel to customer sites.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in aerospace, defence, robotics, autonomous systems or hardware engineering.\nBackground in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering or technical consulting.\nExperience building reusable products from customer-specific solutions.\nExperience working with telemetry, test data or engineering datasets.\nActive security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.\nWhat's on Offer\n100% medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.\nUnlimited PTO and sick leave.\nFree lunch, snacks and coffee.\nProfessional development stipend.\nAnnual company retreat.\nOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology alongside engineering teams developing next-generation hardware.\nInterested?
