Frontend Engineer

We’re supporting a Series B AI-native company building the first revenue engine for startups. They’re replacing legacy CRM and fragmented sales tools with an AI-first platform that revenue teams use every day.

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build the core product experience. You’ll work on the interfaces where AI, data, and workflows come together in real time - from chat and copilots to dynamic, context-aware systems that adapt based on model output. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, design, and AI-native UX.

What you’ll do:

• Build AI-native interfaces including chat, copilots, and agent-driven workflows
• Ship dynamic, context-aware product surfaces that adapt in real time to user and model inputs
• Partner closely with product and design to craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Focus on frontend performance, polish, and usability across the product
• Translate evolving AI outputs into clear, usable, and stable product experiences
• Help shape new UI patterns for AI-first software

What we’re looking for:

• Experience shipping production frontend features end to end
• Strong product sense and a clear eye for great UX and interaction design
• Excited by emerging UI patterns like LLM UX, streaming responses, and partial state updates
• Strong fundamentals in modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, component systems)
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguous and evolving product requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience building real-time or chat-style interfaces (streaming responses, tool outputs, live updates)
• Exposure to design systems or reusable component libraries
• Experience making non-deterministic or evolving data feel stable and intuitive in UI design
