focusing on performance, security and reliability.\n\nTake ownership of projects from architecture and development through to deployment.\n\nDevelop secure REST APIs and contribute to technical design decisions.\n\nWork with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD to support cloud-native applications.\n\nImprove system performance, monitoring and observability.\n\nCollaborate with and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.\n\nRequirements\n8+ years of experience in Java software engineering and distributed systems.\n\nStrong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security and REST APIs.\n\nExperience building and maintaining production microservices.\n\nSolid understanding of system design, OOP and design patterns.\n\nExperience with SQL databases and Redis.\n\nFamiliarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nUnderstanding of application security and observability.\n\nPreferred Skills\nKafka, RabbitMQ or Cassandra.\n\nTerraform, gRPC or Protocol Buffers.\n\nJVM performance tuning or reactive Java frameworks.\n\nPrometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.\n\nExperience in regulated or high-availability environments.\nApply with your
