Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Relationship Manager to drive sales growth and lead our logbook and asset financing portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining a high-quality loan book, and ensuring timely collections.

This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with proven experience in logbook or vehicle financing sales, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Description:

  • Sales & Collections:
  • Drive and meet team sales targets.
  • Build and manage a healthy loan portfolio.
  • Ensure full and timely collection.
  • To formulate sales strategies and ensure company targets are met.
  • To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  • Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis; with the aim of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard indirect sales agents to expand the company's Logbook and Asset financing sales network. Provide initial onboarding to ensure agents are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Supervising Agents: Leading and overseeing the daily activities of the agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Providing training, guidance, and support to the agents to enhance their selling skills and overall performance.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating agents performance, providing constructive feedback to the team, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows within the Asset Finance department to increase Logbook and Vehicle financing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring that the agents deliver exceptional service to our clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on team performance, sales metrics, and other relevant data to inform management decisions.
Qualifications:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Some positions may consider equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in sales of logbook and vehicle financing facilities, typically 2-5 years, in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage change.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
