This position involves process qualification, conformance, process change management, new process development, and wafer-level reliability testing to enhance our production capabilities.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess Qualification: Conduct thorough evaluations and validations of manufacturing processes to ensure they meet reliability standards and specifications.\nConformance: Monitor and analyze process performance to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability metrics.\nProcess Change Management: Lead and manage process changes, ensuring that all modifications are documented, validated, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.\nNew Process Development: Collaborate with development teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes.\nWafer-Level Reliability Testing: Design and execute wafer-level reliability tests to assess the performance and durability of semiconductor devices under various conditions.\nData Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze process data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.\nCollaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
