The role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations, and Customers, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while maintaining compliance with Doka operational standards.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee branch inventory and logistics, including stock optimization, demand planning, and material flow, ensuring accurate inventory levels through the in-house order processing system.\nManage customer accounts and the full order process-order entry, placement, follow-up, price verification, and product inquiries-while maintaining clear communication with customers and sales teams regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.\nHandle high volumes of calls and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively, and proactively communicating any changes impacting order fulfillment.\nAccurately process pricing, billing, credit requests, and ensure all services are invoiced per contract terms or purchase orders.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound material movements.\nEnsure materials are available and ready according to project schedules.\nMonitor and resolve discrepancies in the order processing system, recommending and implementing corrective actions.\nManage back orders, track insufficient inventory, and coordinate with logistics/operations for timely procurement and equipment transfers.\nReview order confirmations for accurate billing and consistently quote correct pricing for custom and standard items to both customers and sales personnel.\nSupport additional logistics and operations tasks as needed to ensure efficient regional operations.\nOther Responsibilities/Peripheral Functions\nPerform other duties/projects as assigned, including participating in company committees/teams.\nEnsure safe working practices and a safe working environment.\nComply with all corporate policies and business practices.\nActively participate in facility/equipment management meetings as required.\n High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics preferred.\n2-5 years of recent experience in administration, operations, or logistics preferred.\nExperience in construction material handling, inventory control and procurement planning preferred.\nExcellent communication skills, including command of English (speaking, reading, writing).\nStrong analytical skills with a strong numeric aptitude, technical proficiency, and effective problem-solving abilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills required.\nExcellent report writing and presentation skills.\nAbility to learn new computer systems, products, concepts, and techniques.\nOrganized team player able to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.\n Doka offers terrific career opportunities, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account, company paid life insurance, supplemental voluntary term life insurance, 401k retirement plan (Roth and Non-Roth), short-term disability, AFLAC policies, paid time off (sick/personal, vacation, floating holiday and company paid holidays) and an exciting opportunity to join as a member of Doka's team.\nIf working with some of the most impressive construction projects in the US and joining an industry leader excites you, please submit your resume by clicking below.
