Combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, you lead global HR systems initiatives and work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders. The position is based in Amstetten, Austria\nDevelop and execute the global HR Systems & Analytics strategy, roadmap and governance in alignment with business and HR priorities.\nOwn and further develop the global HR systems landscape, including SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring scalable, integrated and future-proof solutions.\nDrive the digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.\nWork strategically and hands-on on system enhancements, implementations, testing, process optimization and troubleshooting.\nLead global HR systems projects and rollouts, including project prioritization, stakeholder management, change management and implementation.\nGovern global HR data, reporting and analytics, ensuring consistent standards, high data quality and meaningful HR KPIs.\nCollaborate closely with IT, Finance and Business stakeholders and act as a trusted expert and escalation point for HR systems and digital HR topics.\nLead and develop the HR Systems & Analytics expert team, ensuring clear responsibilities, effective resource planning and continuous professional development.\n We are looking for a person who combines strategic thinking, strong HR systems expertise and a hands-on mentality.\nSeveral years of professional experience in HR systems, HR digitalization, HR processes and/or HR analytics.\nPractical experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a must.\nStrong process affinity and a passion for digitalization, automation and continuous improvement.\nExperience in global HR system implementations, rollouts, governance and/or digital HR transformation.\nAbility to understand complex business requirements and translate them into pragmatic, scalable system and process solutions.\nExperience working both strategically and operationally - you are comfortable defining the roadmap as well as getting into the details and driving implementation yourself.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.\nLeadership experience in expert teams or the ability and motivation to take on leadership responsibility.\nDegree in HR, Business, IT, Information Systems or a comparable qualification.\nFluent English is essential.
