This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, assisting in the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to grow within the company.\n Responsibilities\nAssist in managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring their needs are met.\nAct as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely updates on project progress.\nCollaborate with senior account managers to prepare and deliver accurate proposals, quotes, and project timelines.\nIdentify opportunities to upsell products and services that enhance project outcomes.\nCoordinate with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and field services, to ensure smooth execution of client projects.\nTrack and manage project timelines, ensuring materials and services are delivered on schedule.\nConduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client developments.\nIdentify potential new business opportunities within the assigned region or client base.\nMaintain accurate client records in the CRM system, including project updates, communications, and sales forecasts.\nPrepare reports for management on account activities, sales performance, and client feedback.\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n1-2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service, preferably within the construction or formwork and shoring industry.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.\nProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.\nWillingness to travel to job sites and client meetings as needed.\nKnowledge of formwork, shoring, or scaffolding systems and related construction processes.\nExperience reading construction blueprints and technical drawings.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\n Doka offers terrific career opportunities, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account, company paid life insurance, supplemental voluntary term life insurance, 401k retirement plan (Roth and Non-Roth), short-term disability, AFLAC policies, paid time off (sick/personal, vacation, floating holiday and company paid holidays) and an exciting opportunity to join as a member of Doka's team.\nIf working with some of the most impressive construction projects in the US and joining an industry leader excites you, please submit your resume by clicking below.
