In this strategic role, you will orchestrate business, IT, integration and migration activities, ensuring that high-quality, harmonized data enables a successful ERP transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and countries, driving alignment, governance and delivery excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the delivery of the global Master Data Management & Migration stream within our OneERP transformation program.\nManage project scope, timelines, resources, risks and governance while enabling informed decision-making.\nLead all teams across MDM, Migration and Integration, ensuring alignment, execution and successful project delivery.\nAct as the key contact for cross-functional stakeholders, managing requirements, dependencies and project priorities across business and IT.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration between business, IT and external partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions while defining priorities and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.\nEnsure successful data migration and business adoption through strong focus on data quality, testing, deployment and stabilization.\nLead the harmonization of master data processes and governance across countries, functions and business units.\n Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable field.\nSeveral years of experience leading complex ERP, digital transformation, MDM or data migration projects.\nStrong expertise in data migration, data governance, data integration and data quality management.\nExperience managing large-scale international projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nProfessional project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource management and risk management.
