The position primarily supports the Australia region and provides procurement support to other East Asia Pacific (EAP) countries as assigned.\nReporting to the Procurement Manager EAP, this role requires an enthusiastic individual who is a strong communicator and has extensive experience in operational procurement.\nYou will be responsible for:\nExecute daily purchasing activities and operational procurement requirements in accordance with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and Global PCM standards.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to assess demand, plan purchasing activities, and align procurement support with business objectives.\nCreate, process, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely order fulfillment and supply continuity.\nCoordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to expedite deliveries, manage order changes, and resolve procurement-related issues.\nConduct RFIs, RFQs, and quotation evaluations, providing cost-effective and commercially sound recommendations.\nWork closely with Strategic Procurement to support sourcing initiatives, process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies.\nManage supplier complaints, claims, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.\nMaintain accurate procurement master data, including vendor and material records.\nSupport smooth coordination across procurement, logistics, finance, and business functions to ensure efficient operational execution.\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies relating to purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier performance.\nProvide operational procurement support primarily for the Australia region and other Asia Pacific countries as assigned.\nThis role operates in a fast-paced, transaction-intensive environment and requires strong attention to detail, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service delivery.\n Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Quantity Surveying, and/or related disciplines.\nMinimum five (5) years of experience in operational procurement.\nProven experience in customer service and procurement, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex situations and order fulfillment issues.\nSolid understanding of the purchase-to-pay process.\nProficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nKnowledge of SAP/R3-Ariba system is highly desirable.\nTechnical expertise to recognize and
