multiple projects\nMotivates team and implement economical and practical formwork solutions to mee the team and company objectives\nConduct advanced static calculations\nProduce and/or approve material lists offer drawings and shop drawings\nSupervise project deadlines/milestones\nAssist the Sales Team/MEA countries in client presentations or for project site support\nAdvise Formwork Instructor in regard to technical problems/issues that arise on site\nProvide strong leadership and actively promotes engineering trainings/development for engineering staff\nCoordinate availability of engineering staff with Engineering Manager\nEnsure that policies procedures programms and standards of performance an compliance are adhered to.\nMonitor adherence to contractual guidelines.\n\nQualifications: \nTechnical/Civil Engineering Qualification\nKnowledge of CAD & Project Management tools\nSignificant knowledge of and passion for formwork systems\nSolid experience in the formwork industry ideally within the MEA region\nGood English & communication skills on all levels\nAttention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision\nCommitted and engaged personality with the will to succeed\nA high level in leadership skills\nMotivation to improve knowledge\nWillingness to work overtime if required.\nPrevious Doka Experience\n\nAdditional Information:
