Tasks Solution Engineer – BESS Location: Frankfurt am\nMain, Germany Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1+ years\nKey Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and clarify technical\nrequirements for BESS projects. Develop suitable BESS solutions based\non customer and project requirements. Perform system design, equipment\nselection, and technical parameter definition. Support technical\nquotations, tenders, proposals, and bid documentation. Lead and\nsupport technical discussions and clarification meetings with\ncustomers, partners, and internal teams. Present technical solutions\nand provide technical support during commercial discussions. Identify\ntechnical risks during product development and project execution.\nCoordinate with R&D, Project Management, Quality, Production, and\nother functions to resolve technical issues. Support product and\nsystem testing, production, certification, and technical validation.\nPrepare and review technical specifications, technical agreements,\nsystem solution documents, and other project-related documentation.\nSupport customer meetings, site visits, and project activities within\nGermany and German-speaking regions. Travel to HyperStrong\nheadquarters or manufacturing facilities in China on a short-term\nbasis when required for customer visits, technical discussions, or\nproduct and factory presentations. Profile Education Bachelor’s\ndegree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering,\nPower Systems, High-Voltage Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,\nAutomation, or a related technical discipline. Professional Experience\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering,\npower systems, renewable energy, BESS, or technical solution\nengineering. Experience with BESS, PCS, EMS, transformers, power\ndistribution systems, or renewable energy projects is preferred.\nExperience with international BESS projects or the European energy\nmarket is an advantage. Technical Skills Good understanding of\nrenewable energy systems, BESS, and/or electrical power distribution\nsystems. Experience in BESS solution design, system integration, or\ntechnical support. Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN,\nRS-485, and TCP/IP. Ability to analyze customer requirements, tender\ndocuments, and technical specifications and translate them into\npractical technical solutions. Good technical documentation and\nsolution presentation skills. Language Requirements Fluent English,\nboth written and spoken, with the ability to use English as the\nprimary working language. Competencies Strong communication and\ncross-functional coordination skills. Strong analytical and\nproblem-solving capabilities. Proactive, responsible, and able to work\nindependently. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively\nin an international and multicultural environment. Willingness to\ntravel on a short-term basis within Germany and German-speaking\nregions.
