Which is where you come in.\nYour Key Accountabilities\nDelivers expert work in General R, D & I with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.\nExecutes research projects within program, applying knowledge and expertise.- Builds knowledge and expertise within core competence subdomains.\nOwns complex tasks in project management and chemical or process engineering, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.\nAnalyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.\nCollaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.\nCollaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.\nContributes to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.\n Who we are looking for\nEducation & Experience\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field \nMinimum 3 years of experience developing industrial, agentic systems. \nDemonstrated experience delivering at least one custom Generative AI application that goes significantly beyond basic document processing or retrieval \nExperience working directly with business stakeholders and domain experts \nIndustrial or academic background in chemistry, materials science, process technology or automotive applications is considered a strong asset\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong practical expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies. \nAn industrial or educational background in material sciences, research or chemical industry is a big plus.Experience designing AI agents, multi-agent architectures and tool-enabled AI systems Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge grounding and trustworthy AI design principles\n\nExperience integrating multiple information and data sources into a unified AI solution Strong software engineering and Python programming skills \nAbility to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business value \nFamiliarity with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise deployment environments is a plus\nWhat we offer\nWe aim to lead the way.
