This is where you come in.\n Your Key Accountabilities\nMonitor production processes and product quality through visual inspections, process data analysis, and statistical tools (SPC), with a focus on Key Control Characteristics (KCC) and Key Process Characteristics (KPC).\nEnsure sustainable product quality and optimal production performance by identifying improvement opportunities and reducing non-conforming products.\nPrepare rework and reprocessing plans for off-specification materials.\nPrepare reports related to testing results, quality monitoring, and process performance.\nCreate and maintain process and product engineering documentation.\nProvide daily support to Production teams in resolving process-related issues and managing low-grade product treatment activities.\nIdentify, propose, test, and implement process and equipment improvements.\nSupport technology transfers, new product introductions, line transfers, commissioning activities, qualification trials, raw material validations, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.\nCollaborate with Engineering teams on projects, providing process expertise and coordinating process-related activities during commissioning, flashing, and line acceptance.\nOrganize and coordinate internal equipment trials in cooperation with global technical teams.\nInvestigate process-related quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, including Flow Charts, Control Plans, PFMEA, CFMEA, and Key Control Characteristics.\nManage and execute assigned R&D projects.\nLead Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on throughput improvement, scrap reduction, and CAPEX/OPEX optimization.\nSupport existing production installations with process improvements when required.\nContinuously evaluate new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing solutions available on the market.\nBuild and maintain documentation that enhances process knowledge across the organization.\nParticipate in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems in line with defined responsibilities.\nPrepare data for PDC updates and reporting.\nCollaborate daily with Global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).\n Who we are looking for\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Ceramics Engineering, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nKnowledge of sintering processes and battery materials is considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nUnderstanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis methodologies.\nGood knowledge of EHS and quality management systems, including ISO, IATF, and VDA standards.\nFamiliarity with quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, QFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, and MSA.\nAbility to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across multiple functions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.\nAnalytical and critical thinking mindset.\nCurious about technology and driven by innovation.\nResults-oriented and proactive approach.\nStructured and methodical problem-solving skills.\nCreative in identifying and implementing solutions.\nStrong team player with excellent collaboration skills.\nRespectful, professional, and assertive communicator.\nAble to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.\nWhat we offer\nWe aim to lead the way.
