This is where you come in.\nYour Key Accountabilities\nManage customer quality requirements, requests and complaints\nCoordinate product qualification processes, including PPAP and qualification after implementing changes\nLead meetings related to customer quality issues\nCoordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal teams\nConduct product, process and quality audits\nSupport ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits\nReview Customer Specific Requirements and ensure they are reflected in the Quality Management System and internal processes\nMonitor quality KPIs, customer complaints and defect rates\nSupport the development and update of PFMEA, Control Plans and quality documentation\nCoordinate customer-related change management processes\nEnsure that Control Plans and product testing procedures are properly implemented and maintained\nWork in cross-functional teams on new product development and changes to existing products\nPromote continuous improvement and support quality awareness training\nManage customer portals and maintain ongoing communication with customers\nStop production if there is a risk of manufacturing products that do not meet quality requirements\nParticipate in activities related to safety, environmental, quality and energy management systems\nWho we are looking for\nHigher education, preferably in a technical or chemical field\nAt least 7 years of professional experience in Quality, preferably in the automotive industry\nAt least 5 years of experience in Customer Quality Assurance\nVery good knowledge of quality tools and standards, including PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D and FMEA\nGood knowledge of IATF 16949\nVDA 6.3 Auditor qualification\nExperience in creating and updating system and process documentation\nVery good command of English, both written and spoken\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and teamwork skills\nGood knowledge of MS Office\nCategory B driving licence\nWhat we offer\nWe aim to lead the way.
