This is where you come in.\nYour Key Accountabilities\nMonitor product and process quality to ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport investigations of internal nonconformities related to products, processes, and audits, including root cause analysis.\nDefine, implement, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.\nMonitor, analyze, and report quality performance indicators.\nCoordinate product nonconformity tracking and follow-up activities.\nCoordinate quality decisions and product disposition based on customer and internal specifications.\nSupport product release activities and ensure compliance with applicable quality requirements.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and standards.\nPromote quality awareness and support initiatives aimed at strengthening the quality mindset across the organization.\nEnsure workflows, processes, and products comply with relevant safety requirements and standards.\nSupport the preparation of documentation required for customer qualification and assessment audits.\nSupport verification of corrective actions and assessment of their effectiveness following customer and internal audits.\nConduct internal process and product audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements, Control Plans, and internal standards.\nDocument audit results, monitor corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings and support updates to quality-related documentation.\nSupport product qualification activities, including preparation of customer-specific documentation.\nCoordinate customer sample schedules and shipments.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.\nEstablish and improve internal processes and procedures.\nMaintain and update the Quality Documentation System and support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits.\nAct as Process Owner for the Continuous Improvement Process.\nParticipate in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems in line with assigned roles and responsibilities.\nWho we are looking for\nBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a Quality Department, preferably within the automotive industry.At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.\n\nExperience in quality assurance, product and process quality monitoring, and problem-solving activities.\nKnowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and VDA 6.3 methodology.\nExperience in creating, maintaining, and updating system and process documentation.\nKnowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action management.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to define objectives and effectively drive actions to achieve them.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration abilities.\nVery good command of English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in MS Office applications.\nValid Category B driving licence.\nWhat we offer\nWe aim to lead the way.
