This is where you come in.\n Your Key Accountabilities\nCoordinate, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.\nPlan, coordinate, and represent the organization during certification, surveillance, and customer audits.\nManage audit nonconformities and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nPrepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.\nCoordinate and prepare Annual Management Reviews.\nEvaluate and support the development of Internal Auditors.\nMonitor, analyze, and report Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nOversee Internal Audits and Layered Process Audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on audit results.\nDevelop, update, and supervise Quality Management System and process documentation.\nEnsure quality policies, procedures, and standards meet customer requirements and organizational objectives.\nCoordinate the Internal Document Management System and ensure document compliance across the organization.\nPromote quality awareness and customer-specific requirements throughout the company.\nDeliver quality-related training and prepare training materials to support employee development and compliance.\nMonitor the effectiveness of quality standards and ensure their consistent application across all departments.\nIdentify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives aimed at process optimization and operational excellence.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.\nParticipate in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems in line with assigned roles and responsibilities.\nWho we are looking for\nBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 7 years of professional experience in Quality Management, preferably within the automotive industry, including at least 5 years in a similar role.\nSolid knowledge of Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.\nCertified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor and VDA 6.3 Auditor.\nVery good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, and FMEA.\nExperience in developing, implementing, and maintaining system and process documentation.\nProven experience in coordinating audits, managing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to define business objectives and effectively translate them into actions and results.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive and results-oriented approach.\nVery good command of English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in MS Office applications.\nValid Category B driving licence.\nWhat we offer\nWe aim to lead the way.
