This is where you come in.\n Your Key Accountabilities\nWe are looking for a motivated Reliability Engineer to strengthen our maintenance and asset performance capabilities at the Nysa plant. In this role, you will drive reliability improvements, optimize maintenance strategies, and support long-term operational excellence across the site. You will:\nRegularly review and optimize PM/PdM programs to ensure all failure modes are addressed.\nCoordinate all PdM activities on site and monitor asset health trends.\nSupport job plan preparation to ensure proactive tasks are clearly defined and effective.\nLead root cause failure analyses (RCFA) and implement corrective actions.\nFacilitate RCM processes to define optimal maintenance strategies.\nConduct FMEA or similar analyses to determine functional failures, risks, and required maintenance actions.\nMaintain and update the site’s Asset Criticality Assessment.\nActively participate in the Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems in accordance with assigned responsibilities.\n Who we are looking for\nEngineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).\n3-5 years of experience in maintenance or plant operations; manufacturing/chemical industry experience is a plus.\nKnowledge of M&R processes, regulatory requirements, and reliability tools.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.\nPractical understanding of PdM technologies (vibration, oil analysis, IR, ultrasound, MCE).\nExperience with SAP PM and reliability methodologies (RCFA, FMEA, RCM).\nWorking proficiency in English.\nWhat we offer\nWe aim to lead the way.
