They are responsible for the overall success of the branch’s team and serve as the face of the company in the community. The Branch Manager promotes and understand the company’s mission and philosophy.The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the office, such as: establishing new client relationships and maintaining and expanding existing business relationships; sustaining and increasing the profitability of the office location; recruiting and retaining Team Members and branch personnel; and, ensuring that client orders are promptly filled with quality skilled staff.\nBranch Managers lead with ethics and integrity and embrace diversity and inclusion. They are viewed as experts in the branch and can effectively demonstrate all aspects of the company’s Customer Experience culture. Branch Managers possess in-depth knowledge about products and systems, model behavior, coach the team to success, and use initiative and good judgment to manage the branch’s budget and lead the branch to achieve projected results.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nP&L Accountability - managing finances to an agreed-budgeted P&L.\nDrive team to achieve annual and monthly sales/revenue goals\nOversee and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory\nActive involvement with escalated customer requests as needed\nEnsures that customers receive efficient, expedient service by all personnel\nEnsure proper staffing levels\nManage attendance, coach and counsel employees to reflect company standards and procedures\nCreate expectations, lead staff, and manage processes\nEnsure all operations and cash handling are performed per policies and procedures\nEnsure cleanliness and safety of the building.\nManage display area to optimize sales and ease of usage.\nIntroduce and implement new procedures and policies within the branch.\nConduct regular meetings with staff\nEvaluate staff performance through employee reviews\nPartners with Corporate Human Resources in assessing the local employment market to determine strategies to support regional recruiting initiatives and staffing levels\nEnsures adherence to organizational policies, protocols, and operating procedures in order to mitigate risk and protect the branch and corporate resources\nProvide regular feedback to the Director of Operatons on overall branch operations.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's in Business Administration or a related field\nMust have 3-5 years’ strong management experience in sales, warehouse and inventory management\nMust have experience in recruiting, coaching, training, and leading a branch or retail showroom sales team\nAbility to motivate, lead, and develop staff\nEnjoy working in busy, fast paced, high energy environment\nThe ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal employees (staff and skilled personnel)\nMinimum customer service experience of two years\nWillingness to learn and to adapt to change\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task\nDetail-oriented and well organized\nProficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)\nBENEFITS\n Medical\nDental\nVision\nEmployer Paid Basic Employee Life and AD&D Insurance\nEmployer Paid Long Term Disability\nFlexible Spending Accounts\nVoluntary Short-Term Disability\nVoluntary Life and AD&D Insurance\nVoluntary Accident Insurance\nVoluntary Critical Illness Insurance\n\nEEO\nAt Construction Resources, our people are the driving force behind everything we do.
