fairness, transparency, and compliance.\nDevelop procurement strategies that optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.\nDrive procurement initiatives that support revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business transformation.\nBuild, develop, and maintain strategic supplier relationships and long-term partnerships.\nLead commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, service levels, warranties, liabilities, and contractual conditions.\nReview, negotiate, administer, renew, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, change orders, renewals, claims, and contract close-out.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority (DOA), governance requirements, audit recommendations, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nValidate procurement requests against approved budgets and financial plans before initiating sourcing activities.\nConduct market research, benchmarking, supplier capability assessments, and commercial intelligence to identify sourcing opportunities.\nMonitor supplier performance through KPIs, service reviews, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement plans.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, operational, financial, and supply chain risks.\nSupport business continuity by developing sourcing alternatives and reducing supplier dependency where appropriate.\nPrepare executive reports, procurement dashboards, spend analysis, savings reports, and sourcing recommendations for management.\nIdentify and deliver procurement savings, cost avoidance initiatives, and value engineering opportunities.\nSupport procurement digitalization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide procurement guidance and commercial support to cross-functional stakeholders across all business functions.\nEducation:\nBachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.\nLevel of Experience: \nIntermediate Experience in procurement in a large organization.\nTechnical Skills & Knowledge:\nEssential:\nStrategic
